Fees:
My fee is $140 for each 50 minute session. I have limited sliding scale fee slots available.
Health Insurance:
I am currently a provider for Aetna, Value Options, Some Blue Shield plans, TriWest, and MHN.
If you have another PPO insurance provider, you may choose to accept reimbursement from your carrier. I will provide you with an invoice indicating payment, which you can submit to your carrier. Most PPO insurance providers pay a large portion of the fee. The process for you to submit payment to your PPO provider is usually simple.
